You Don’t Need More Tools. You Need the Right Support Behind the Scenes.

How I Can Help Support Your Business

You want your business to run well without being the one who keeps every detail moving. I offer thoughtful, behind-the-scenes operational support so your days feel clearer and you have more time for the work and life that matter most.

My role is to understand how your business functions, strengthen the systems that support it and keep things steady, organized and moving forward.

This is calm, consistent support for established service-based business owners who want clarity, ease and dependable partnership in their operations.

Imagine Running Your Business Without the Constant Mental Checklist.

Where We Begin: The Operations Alignment Session

Before we move into ongoing work, we start with a 90-minute session to understand your business, your systems and what’s feeling heavy or harder than it needs to be.

During our call, we walk through:

  • how your backend currently operates
  • where things get stuck or fall behind
  • the tools and workflows you already have in place
  • what would bring more ease and stability into your days

After the session, I complete one small, focused project for you. This project is included in the session fee and gives you something immediately helpful and complete, without adding more to your plate.

These small projects are intentionally simple in scope. Examples include but are not limited to:

  • light systems cleanup
  • creating or rebuilding one workflow
  • implementing small improvements inside a tool
  • auditing one system and outlining recommendations
  • bookkeeping cleanup within reasonable boundaries

You get a tangible outcome and we both get a clear sense of how we work together — calmly, clearly and without pressure.

Operations Alignment Sessions begin at $590 and include the 90-minute call, a follow-up summary and the completed project.

What Happens After the Alignment Session

Once the small project is complete, we look at what you need next and choose the path that fits best.

Option 1:  Ongoing Monthly Support

For business owners who want steady partnership and ongoing operational management, we move into a monthly retainer. This gives you consistent support, clear systems and someone who keeps things moving behind the scenes.

Option 2:  Additional Small Projects

If you’re not ready for a retainer, or if your needs are more occasional, we can continue working together through small, clearly defined projects. This lets you get support as needed without committing to monthly hours.

Both options are perfectly fine. We move at a pace that supports your business and your life.

Ongoing Support: Monthly Retainer

If ongoing partnership is the right next step, we move into a retainer model built around consistency, clarity and calm. Each retainer is created around your specific needs but may include:

Systems and Organization to Create Structure

  • mapping and creating new workflows as your business grows
  • streamlining the systems you already use
  • updating internal documentation (SOPs)
  • keeping everything functioning smoothly behind the scenes

Project and Operations Management to Keep It All Moving Smoothly

  • managing recurring projects
  • keeping timelines and deliverables on track
  • supporting you in staying focused on the right priorities
  • maintaining the internal rhythm of your operations
  • light bookkeeping and financial organization
  • supporting onboarding and offboarding workflows behind the scenes

Visibility & Content Support

  • website updates
  • organizing and scheduling content for social media
  • repurposing long form content into smaller pieces
  • formatting newsletter and blog posts
  • light content and graphic creation
  • metrics tracking

Retainers start at $1900 per month and are designed to keep your operations organized and moving without you having to manage all the details.

How We Work Together

I keep communication structured, predictable and grounded so things stay clear without adding more to your workload.

You can expect:

  • weekly or biweekly check-ins
  • ongoing communication through a project management tool
  • reasonable response times during business hours

I track hours internally to protect your scope, but I don’t send hourly reports. Progress shows up in the work itself, not in a time log.

If a month requires more than the agreed hours, we talk about it first and set up a separate retainer or project. If time remains at the end of the month, I use it to move your next priority forward so momentum continues.

This partnership is built on clarity, trust and a steady working rhythm.

Who This Is For

This support is a good fit if:

  • you’re an established service-based business owner
  • you’re carrying more operational work than you want to be
  • you want steady, thoughtful support that stays behind the scenes
  • you prefer clear communication without constant meetings
  • you value organization, consistency and dependable follow-through
  • you don’t want to manage someone — you want a partner
  • you want your business to feel lighter and more spacious

If that sounds like you, we’re likely a strong match.

Next Steps

The first step is a Discovery Call. This is a simple conversation where we talk through your business, answer any questions you have and get a sense of whether you’re ready for a Operations Alignment Session.

There’s no pressure and no obligation. It’s simply a chance to understand what you need and see whether my approach is the right support for your business.

If the fit feels right, the next step is the Operations Alignment Session, where we take a deeper look at your operations and complete your first small project together.
